Optimize: The LinkedIn Course Built From My Private-Client Framework

Optimize: The LinkedIn Course Built From My Private-Client Framework

For years, the only way to get the full LYLIP methodology was to hire me directly.

That’s private-invite-money and a waitlist.

(And yes, I’m that good.)

So I built Optimize.

Same framework. Same bottom-up approach. Same section-by-section process I run with every single 1:1 client. Packaged into short videos you can actually finish, with examples, worksheets, and resources for every section of your profile.

Pick and choose what you need. Go in order. Skip what doesn’t apply. Come back when you’re ready. It’s built to fit around your life, not the other way around.

What’s actually in the Optimize LinkedIn course?

50+ lessons, covering every section of a LinkedIn profile. Banner, photo, headline, About, Experience, Featured, Services, Projects, Publications, Skills, Education, Recommendations. All of it.

And not just what goes where. Why each section matters. How the algorithm reads it. What the right person actually sees when they land on your profile. How to make every section earn its place instead of sitting there taking up room.

We work bottom-up: evidence first, narrative second.

(I know, sounds weird. But it works.)

Most people start at the top with the headline and the About section and freeze, because they haven’t done the work that tells them what to say yet.

Our approach? Build the proof first, and the story writes itself.

That’s the whole game.

Anyone can tell you to “fill out your About section.” I’m telling you why it’s your closing argument, what happens when you treat it like one, and how to write it so it hits, not misses.

The student who keeps pausing the videos

One of my Optimize students told me he can’t get through the course at a normal pace.

Not because it’s hard. Because he keeps stopping mid-video to go fix his profile. He can’t wait.

He swapped his task lists for value statements. Then a lesson made him realize his earned media belonged in his Publications section, and he added a stack of it that had been sitting there invisible the whole time. Then his Projects section. Turns out he had a bunch of interesting things he’s done.

He didn’t get that from a worksheet. He got it because the course explained why it mattered, and something clicked.

The course took him longer than he expected. Because he kept stopping to implement. (Which is, for the record, the best possible problem to have.)

The same framework as my private clients, minus the cost

Here’s the part that still feels slightly absurd to say out loud.

Optimize is the exact strategic framework that gets my private clients job offers, inbound leads, speaking gigs, and connection requests before they’ve even driven home. Same approach. Same process. Same thinking.

At $397. One time. Lifetime access.

Without the waitlist. Without the private invite.

Honestly? It’s pretty fantastic.

If your LinkedIn profile isn’t working the way it should, this is where to start.
