3. Products and services

Course access

Upon purchase of a course or program, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for the duration specified at purchase. Lifetime access means access for as long as the course is offered. We reserve the right to retire or update course materials at any time.

1:1 services

Services such as The Authority Protocol are delivered under the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase and any applicable service agreement. Scope of work is defined in the service description and any service-specific agreement provided separately.

Results disclaimer

We provide LinkedIn strategy, education, and guidance based on our expertise and methodology. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, income, or career advancement from the use of our products or services. Results depend on many individual factors including your effort, implementation, industry, and market conditions.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products or services, including but not limited to courses, cohort programs, profile audits, and 1:1 engagements.

5. User submissions

• Reproduce, publish, distribute, or resell any course content, materials, worksheets, templates, or resources without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content from the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Submit false or misleading information in any form, purchase, or communication
• Use our content, brand, or name in a way that misrepresents your qualifications or your relationship with Love Your LinkedIn Profile
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all products and services, without refund.

11. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any of our products and services at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or acted in a way harmful to other users or our business. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

12. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a valid purchase constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to all purchased products if a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback is filed. We will provide documentation to your financial institution to contest any chargeback that does not comply with these Terms.

13. Privacy
