This is a blog post on Love Your LinkedIn Profile by Natalie Berthe. How I'm measuring my 30-day trust score recovery plan: the spreadsheet, the anecdotal patterns, and the success metrics I'm aiming for.

Tracking the results of my LinkedIn trust score experiment.

How I’m measuring success in my 30-day trust score recovery plan. Plus my early results.

I’m tracking the metrics several different ways.

The spreadsheet

I built a detailed tracking sheet logging:

  • Post type
  • Impressions
  • Profile views
  • Engagement metrics
  • Notes on what else I did that day (e.g., commenting before posting)

If you want a copy, DM me on LinkedIn. No keywords or gimmicks required.

Tracking anecdotal evidence

I’m also paying attention to:

  • Which posts get unusual traction
  • Which creators consistently get engagement despite the algorithm
  • Patterns in daily posting and content mix

My success metrics

My success metrics aren’t just that things have improved. For the effort I’m putting in, I want them to improve substantially.

I’m aiming for:

  • 8–10x increase in impressions (not just 10%)
  • Higher engagement rates
  • 2x profile views
  • More opportunities (which also require a strong, updated profile)

In the final post in this series, I’ll share an invitation to join this challenge and try the rules yourself.
